The e.f. group, a full-service cross-media marketing company, is pleased to announce that it won an American Marketing Association-San Antonio’s (AMA-SA) Marketing Excellence Award for a marketing campaign created for its client, Good Sports Outdoor Outfitters. The full cross-media campaign included QR Codes, mobile marketing, email, and personalized variable direct mail. The e.f. group won in the under $25,000 Budget Category at the AMA-SA award dinner held on May 25, 2011. The MEA honors organizations that demonstrate excellence in marketing through goals, strategies, and results that address identified challenges.

In addition to taking top honors in the under $25,000 Budget Category, the e.f. group also received recognition from the San Antonio Wedding Guide & Bridal Extravaganza, the winner in the $25-50K category. The Wedding Guide’s winning campaign incorporated QR Codes and mobile marketing developed and managed by the e.f. group.
